To ensure the best quality and experience, all orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance of your desired pick-up date. We do not accept last-minute or rush orders.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted. If you do not receive confirmation, your order has not been scheduled.

• Pricing:  Custom cakes require time, high-quality ingredients, and detailed craftsmanship. Every cake is priced individually based on design, size, and complexity. Due to the time involved in creating quotes, please only submit an inquiry if you are serious about ordering. Quotes are valid for 48 hours, and we do not hold dates without a deposit. If pricing is a concern, let us know your budget in your request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
   
• Pet-Safe Ingredients: We do not offer pet-safe cakes. All of our cakes contain ingredients that may not be suitable for animals.
   
•  Limited Availability: I am a one-person business managing a high volume of requests. I appreciate your patience as I carefully review and confirm orders.
