Our commitment to excellence includes crafting recipes with locally sourced, all-natural ingredients, and delivering the very best to our cherished customers. Blondie's has a special focus on crafting memorable moments, whether it's for weddings, private events, or custom orders.  Currently, we operate on a pre-order basis, and we're excited about the possibility of offering same-day ordering in the near future. We're here to make your sweet dreams come true!

A Bit About Me

Hello, I'm Lea Dattoli, the proud owner and head baker at Blondie's Bakeshop. I'm a Rhode Island native, born and raised in a serene town that I still call home. My deep-rooted affection for this charming state blossomed during my formative years.

As I pursued my education at Johnson & Wales, I couldn't help but notice the abundant culinary delights and fantastic food culture that Rhode Island offers its residents. It was then that I felt a strong desire to be a part of this vibrant culinary community. With unwavering support from my family and an incredible network, I completed my journey at Johnson & Wales in 2019, earning a bachelor's degree in food management and an associate's degree in baking pastry.

 It was in the realm of baking pastries and crafting exquisite desserts that I discovered my true passion, and thus, Blondie's Bakeshop was born. Creating unique, delectable desserts for various celebrations fills me with immense joy. The creativity and  meticulous care that goes into each dessert, destined to be part of unforgettable moments, is a privilege I hold dear. From cakes to cookies, pies, brownies, and any sweet creation requested, I dedicated my days to perfecting the art of baking.

My journey has been graced by the loyalty of wonderful customers who have played a pivotal role in shaping Blondie's into what it is today.
