Our Mission at Blondie's Bakeshop
At Blondie's Bakeshop, we’re a proud women-owned bakery dedicated to crafting custom, made-to-order baked goods. Every batch is made with care and passion, using locally sourced, all-natural ingredients. We specialize in creating unforgettable moments with our cakes, pastries, and desserts for weddings, private events, and custom orders. Currently, we operate on a pre-order basis and hope to offer same-day orders in the near future. We’re here to make your sweet dreams come true!
A Bit About Me
Hello! I’m Lea Dattoli, the proud owner and head baker at Blondie’s Bakeshop. I’m a Rhode Island native with a deep love for the state’s vibrant food culture. After earning a bachelor’s degree in food management and an associate’s degree in baking pastry from Johnson & Wales in 2019, I discovered my true passion for baking. Blondie’s Bakeshop was born out of my love for creating beautiful, delicious desserts for all kinds of celebrations. Whether it’s cakes, cookies, pies, or brownies, I pour creativity and care into every sweet treat I make.
I’m truly grateful for the support of amazing customers who’ve helped shape Blondie’s into what it is today. Our journey is just beginning, and I look forward to growing and sharing more sweet moments with all of you. Thank you for being part of our story!
